In July of 2007 Integra Bank opened their first "open space" design banking center. This new prototype serves as the foundation for any new banking center Integra builds. The new design is built around an open air design. Three of the four main sides of the building are built with floor to ceiling glass. I played a key role in deciding colors, brand elements, surface materials and the furniture package that went into the final build of this bank. The accolades have been numerous. Customers enjoy the new open setting. Employees are free to be more engaged with customers. The new design has created a new retail energy that isn't found in most traditional banks.
